Lafayette beat arch-rival Lehigh for the third time on Saturday, earning a 82-69 win in Easton to clinch a spot in the Patriot League championship game.
The Leopards will visit Bucknell next Wednesday at 7:30pm for the Patriot League title and an automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament.
The two teams split during the regular season, with each team winning at home.
Four Leopards scored in double-figures, led by senior Tony Johnson who scored a game-hight 24 points. Seth Hinrichs added 18 points for Lafayette.
Lehigh was led by Junior Mackey McKnight who put up 22 points.
Lehigh seniors Holden Greiner and Gabe Knutson each reached milestones in their final Patriot League games. Greiner scored his 1,000th career point, while Knutson scored his 1,500th career point.
It's the sixth time the Leopards will play for the Patriot League title, and the third time they've reached the final in the last four years.
