Friends remember victims killed in triple fatal crash

Three people are dead after a violent crash in Allentown. Police are blaming high speed, but friends insisted the victims were not street racing.
"He's dead. I said, 'What?' She said, 'Dad, he's dead,'" said Rocky Culpepper, a longtime friend of the victims.
Culpepper said he just got punched in the gut. His friend of 30 years, Tom Fallstich, was one of the three men killed late Sunday night on Allentown's East Susquehanna Street, near the Salisbury Twp. line.
"We want camping together; we went fishing together," said Culpepper. "We worked on cars."
Police said Fallstich's cousin, Chad Fluck, was behind the wheel. Fluck was also killed, along with his brother, Kenny Marcks. All three lived together with Fluck's and Marcks' mother, who is now left to support herself.
"They were in a tough spot a little bit ago too, and I don't know, Chad does his magic and always gets his mom -- always got his mom's back," said friend Josh Hunsberger.
According to police, two cars were involved. They said high speed was a factor.
The other car's driver was treated and released from St. Luke's, according to friend Richard McCausland. He insisted, this was not a case of street racing.
"[The other driver] just told me that he was coming up the street, and then Chad came flying up right behind him, and then Chad got in the other lane trying to get in front of him, and then he just lost control of the car," said McCausland.
Culpepper said he's still in shock.
"That's a winding road right there," he said. "I haven't even been there yet. I didn't want to go."
The Lehigh Co. coroner will perform autopsies on all three victims Tuesday.
