HELLERTOWN, Pa. -

A local eatery will take center stage on the Travel Channel on Tuesday.

Braveheart Highland Pub in Hellertown, Northampton Co., will be featured on an episode of "Edge of America."

Geoff Edgers is the star of the show. He and his crew visited the Lehigh Valley in September to check out Celtic Fest.

Edgers entered a haggis-eating contest and stopped by the Highland Pub to see how it's made.

Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish of heart, liver and other ingredients cooked inside a sheep or pig's stomach.

"Back in the day in Scotland, it was really what we would deem waste, but when people lived the way they lived, nothing was waste. So they would grind it up, and they would make it something that they consider a delicacy," said Andy Lee, owner.

You can catch the Highland Pub on "Edge of America" at 9 p.m. Tuesday on the Travel Channel.
