It's time to take a look back at the stories making headlines this week in the 69 News Week In Review.

Monday, a man charged in the shooting death of an aspiring rapper in Allentown was found guilty of murder.


25-year-old Manuel Gonzalez was convicted of third degree murder for the 2011 death of DeVon Robinson.

Prosecutors said Gonzalez chased an unarmed Robinson and shot him twice in a gas station parking lot.

Gonzalez faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.

Tuesday, a Lehigh County woman was sentenced to life in prison for killing her fiance on their wedding day.

Police said Na Cola Franklin fatally stabbed Billy Brewster following an argument in their Whitehall Township apartment.

Officials said the murder happened just eight hours before their wedding ceremony.

Wednesday, a pregnant teenager is lucky to be alive after she fell from a roof in Allentown.

Police said the 15-year-old girl, who is seven months pregnant, was trying to retrieve a baby gate that ended up on the roof of a home on Ninth Street.

She plunged 30 feet onto a concrete stairwell.

Officials said the girl and her unborn baby were both expected to be okay.

Thursday, an Easton woman presented a petition with 4-thousand signatures that calls for the firing of a police officer who shot and killed her pit bull.

Autumn Kunzman claims her 11-month-old pit bull was unnecessarily shot by an officer last month.

Police officials said the shooting was warranted.. They say the pit bull had gotten loose and was a threat to attack a woman and two children.

They say the officer fired two shots when the pit bull lunged at him.

Kunsman maintains her dog was not an aggressive animal. At least one witness claimed the dog was walking away when the officer fired the shots.

Friday, a 15-year-old boy died after being stabbed in the streets of Reading.

Police said Wilberto Rojas was was stabbed in the neck near the corner of Church and Douglass streets.

A manhunt for the killer continues. Police describe the attacker as a Hispanic man in his late 20s to early 30s.
