2 people sought in Easton shooting early Monday

Police are looking for at least two people wanted in connection with a shooting in Easton early Monday.

EASTON, Pa. -

Police are looking for at least two people wanted in connection with a shooting in Easton early Monday.

Gunshots rang out around 12:30 a.m. in the 200 block of East Wilkes-Barre Street.

A 37-year-old man was approached by two men who demanded money, police said. The victim tried to fight back when police said the men shot him.

One of the assailants was described by police as a dark-skinned black man with a slim build, standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall with "bushy" hair; The other was a tall, thin black man wearing a mask.

Police are looking for two vehicles possibly related to the shooting. One is a black BMW with tinted windows, blue-colored headlights and silver around the rim area; the other was an orange vehicle.
