UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

A Slatington man is facing charges after police said he exposed himself to a bank employee.

The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on September 26 at the Wells Fargo bank branch at 7614 Tilghman Street in Upper Macungie Twp., Lehigh County.

Police said Yodzio came into the bank and wanted to talk to a female employee about a credit card he'd gotten through the bank.

While explaining the credit card to Yodzio, the employee had him step around her desk to show him a program associated with the card, police said.

During the explanation, the employee felt the man standing over her, police said and when she looked behind her, she saw the man's exposed genitals.

The woman told police Yodzio also rubbed his genitals against her arm, at which time she fled the room and told her supervisor, police said.

Yodzio was ordered to leave the bank.

He has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
