A Montgomery County teenager has pleaded guilty in a deadly pedestrian crash.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. -

A Montgomery County teenager has pleaded guilty in a deadly pedestrian crash.

Justin Jackson pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and related charges.

Authorities said Jackson was high on marijuana and driving while texting when he hit and killed Merinda Thompson, 40, of Royersford.

Thompson was jogging in Limerick in March when she was hit.

Jackson will be sentenced in three months. He reported to prison in August to get credit for time served.
