The owner of an inn in Lehigh County said he won't have to sell his land, at least not for now.

WEISENBERG TWP., Pa. -

The owner of an inn in Lehigh County said he won't have to sell his land, at least not for now.

Al Granger owns the Glasbern Inn in Weisenberg Township. Earlier this year, it looked like he was going to have to sell 100 acres of farmland to pay a lawsuit settlement stemming from an employee accident on his property.

A judge has ruled, however, that Granger is not liable to pay nearly $1 million in legal fees stemming from a suit, so he said he won't have to sell the land.

Granger is in the process of appealing the lawsuit settlement.
