BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A man indecently assaulted a girl twice last month after he had given her alcohol, officials said.

Joel Perez-Rosario touched the girl on two occasions between 10 p.m. March 23 and 8 a.m. March 24, while she was lying alone in a bedroom at a friend's home on Steel Avenue in Bethlehem, officials said.

Earlier, the girl became sick and vomited several times after Perez-Rosario gave her Four Loko energy drinks, which contain alcohol and tequila, officials said.

The victim identified Perez-Rosario from a photo lineup, officials said.

Perez-Rosario, 35, was charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and furnishing liquor to minors and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $50,000 bail, according to court documents.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. May 6.
