BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A man who sold heroin to a police informant twice outside a restaurant over the last month has been busted, officials said.

Jason O. Gonzalez sold heroin to the informant last Wednesday and on May 17 in the parking lot of the fast-food restaurant in the 300 block of Broadway in Bethlehem, officials said.

During a search of Gonzalez's home at 518 Itaska St., Bethlehem, police found heroin, wax packets, plastic baggies and a hypodermic needle, officials said, adding that Gonzalez later admitted that the heroin was his and that he was a drug dealer.

Gonzalez, 27, was arraigned Friday night on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $25,000 bail, according to court documents.

A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. June 24.
