US-Flooding-Louisiana

Nearly 800 people living in the pathway of the Morganza spillway have been told to get out. Floodwaters are expected to arrive any time in the Krotz Springs area. Two additional gates along the floodway were opened Sunday to help spare Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Some of the spillway gates are likely to remain open for weeks.

New-York-IBF-Questioning

The guy who heads the International Monetary Fund denies he approached a New York hotel housekeeping employee while he was naked and tried to sexually assault her. Dominque Strauss-Kahn has volunteered to give police a physical and forensic exam. He's expected to be arraigned later today.

TRAVEL-Impaired-Pilot

A pilot was removed from an AirTran Airways flight in Minneapolis Saturday after a TSA manager smelled alcohol on his breath. A later breath test indicated the pilot's blood alcohol content was above the required limit of point-oh-four percent.

Box Office-Weekend

"Thor" ruled at the box office over the weekend, followed by "Bridesmaids," "Fast Five," "Priest," and "Rio."

NBA-Playoffs

The Chicago Bulls beat the Miami Heat in game one of the Eastern Conference finals Sunday night 103-82 to take a one game to none lead in their best-of-seven series. Derrick Rose had 28 points for Chicago.
