HS BOYS RUNDOWN: Parkland, Notre Dame win District 11 titles

Parkland and Notre Dame both won their second straight District 11 championships on Saturday at Freedom High School.
Parkland routed Emmaus 60-33 in the 4A title game, while Notre Dame beat Catasauqua 82-71 in the 2A final.
Seniors Nick Rindock and Jimmy Hahn each had 15 points to pace Parkland.
The win gave the Trojans a District championship sweep after their girls won the title on Friday night.
In the 4A state play-in game, Stroudsburg ended Liberty's season with a 67-64 win at Freedom.
For Notre Dame, it marked the second straight year they have beaten Catasauqua in the District title game. They also beat the Rough Riders in this year's Colonial League final.
Tannor Reed had 31 points and 12 rebounds for the Crusaders, while Danny Kelly added 18 points.
Paryss Marshall scored 20 points to lead Catasauqua.
Notre Dame used first half runs of 9-0 and 18-2 to open up a big early lead.
The win was the 13th in a row for Notre Dame after a 4-9 start to this season.
The Crusaders advance to the state tournament, while the Rough Riders' season comes to an end.
