WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Northampton County, Pa. -

Ramon Andrew Clark, who was wanted for a home invasion and robbery on April 30 in Northampton County,  turned himself in to Washington Township police Tuesday morning.

Clark is charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a prohibited weapon, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, and other related charges.

Officer Scott Miller of Washington Township police said Clark was arraigned through video conference with Magisterial District Judge Todd Strohe.

Clark has been jailed and his bail was set at $100,000.

Miller reported Clark's preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for June 3.

Police said Clark and Steven Tomino posed as home-buyers before tying up a Washington Township couple and robbing their home.

Tomino was arrested in Easton following a chase, but 31-year-old Clark, who lived in Easton, remained on the loose.

Police considered him armed and dangerous.
