The owner of a Lehigh County inn says he will not have to sell his land to pay off a lawsuit, as originally expected.

WEISENBERG TWP., Pa. -

The owner of a Lehigh County inn says he will not have to sell his land to pay off a lawsuit, as originally expected.

Al Granger says he thought he'd have to sell part of his Weisenberg Township property, which includes the Glasbern Inn, to settle a lawsuit stemming from an employee accident.

A judge later ruled Granger was not liable to pay the nearly $1-million in legal fees.

In a statement released Tuesday, the Glasbern Inn says it's reached a confidential settlement with the former employee who was hurt.
