Sirvonn Taylor
STROUDSBURG, Pa. -

Thirty-one-year-old Sirvonn Taylor of Stroudsburg will stand trial on charges that he ordered a drive-by killing involving drugs last January in Hamilton Township, Monroe County.

The decision to send the case to  Monroe County Court followed a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m. Monday before county Magisterial District Judge JoLana Krawitz of Stroudsburg.

Police have identified Taylor as a leader of the Black P. Stones street gang

He was the sixth person charged in the death of 39-year-old Darcey Kravchenko in January.

The shooting occurred in the 5000 block of Old Timber Road.  Kravchenko was killed by one of six shots fired into his home on that road.

Investigators said the shooting was retaliation for two people who had been robbed during a drug deal.

Police initially arrested five people: Bruce Murray, Dygunn Mitchell, Jacqueline Harrigan, Brandon Wilson and Kaylynn Bunnell.

None of those other suspects spoke at their preliminary hearings, but court records show Murray, Mitchell, and Wilson-- all admitted members of the Black P Stone  gang-- told police that Sirvonn Taylor sanctioned the shooting.

Four of the five suspects have pleaded guilty to murder in the third degree as an accomplice and admitted they committed the crime with the aid and encouragement of Sirvonn Taylor.

Court records show Daygunn Mitchell is accused of hiding the murder weapon, a black 357 revolver, at Sirvonn Taylor's home in Stoudsburg, and that Taylor allegedly helped Wilson escape to New York.
