Fourth Amendment march held in Reading

Protestors hit the streets of Reading to take a message to City Hall.

Armed with signs and a giant cotton swab members of a group calling itself the "Berks County Sheriff Brigade" marched for the Fourth Amendment.

The rally is in response to a federal roadside survey on drinking and drugged driving that was conducted in Reading in December.

Ricardo Nieves filed a lawsuit over the survey, saying his rights were violated when he was forced to pull into a parking lot where he was questioned about his driving habits and asked to provide a saliva sample.

He refused.

The House transportation committee is looking into the stops.
