Sunrise Chef El Grecos Pizza

Have you ever seen a snowman pizza?  You can at El Grecos Pizza in Bethlehem!  The restaurant is known for its unique pie creations.  Owners Tony and Alithia Tsamoutalidis joined 69 News at Sunrise to show us some of their one-of-a-kind pizzas.

Appetizer pizza

22 oz dough ball stretched out to a circle
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 cup of broccoli
2 Teaspoons fresh garlic
8 oz pepperoni thin sliced
8 oz sausage thin sliced
4 oz bacon
Fresh parsley
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
Heat oven to 450 degrees or max and cook for 15 mins or until golden brown

Marinara sauce put in he middle for dipping

Pesto pizza

22 oz dough ball stretched out to a circle
I cup or 14 oz of mozzarella
1/4 cup ricotta
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup roasted cashews
1/4 cup of pesto sauce

Heat oven to 450 or max and cook for 15 mins or until golden brown


Snow man pizza

22 oz dough ball stretched out to a circle
1 cup of mozzarella
2 round slices of provolone
Small piece of cheddar
3/4 cup of sliced olives
1 green pepper sliced
8 oz pepperoni thin sliced
1 tablespoon pesto sauce

Heat oven until 450 or max and cook for 15 mins or until golden brown

Flour
Pizza cutter
Pizza stone or screen
Parmesan cheese
And last but not least an appetite
