Erikka Gonzalez charged for alleged role in Berks home invasion

Police: Bronx woman arrested in connectin with Reading home invasion

READING, Pa. -

A Bronx woman has been extradited for her role last year in a Berks County home invasion robbery, authorities announced.

During that incident at 516 S. 18th in November of 2012, a man was shot in the chest.

At the time, police said the incident might be drug-related.

On Thursday, police charged 30-year-old Erikka Gonzalez in connection with the 2012 robbery.

She's facing a laundry list of charges, including conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, and related charges.

She is currently in the Berks County Jail, unable to make $300,000 bail.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 8 at 8:30 am.
