Eagles preparing for tough test at Denver

After two straight home games, the Eagles head out to Mile High this weekend for a date with the Broncos.

PHILADELPHIA -

The Philadelphia Eagles have lost two straight games to AFC West opponents. They'll face perhaps the best team from the division on Sunday in Denver.

The Eagles (1-2) make the trip out to Mile High this week to take on the 3-0 Broncos. Denver has looked like the NFL's best team so far, blowing out the Ravens, Giants and Raiders through the first three games.

Peyton Manning has been lighting up the scoreboard, giving Denver big early leads. That has caught the eye of Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly, who says Denver's defense benefits because of the potent offense.

Since the Broncos can score so quick, Kelly says other teams are trying to play catchup, making it easy for the defense to focus on one dimension. That makes Denver a dangerous and complete team.
