Offensive tackle disappointed, but understands suspension is his fault.

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -

Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson will miss the first four games of the regular season after he violated the NFL's policy on performance enhancing drugs. He knows there is only himself to blame for it.

Johnson faced the media on Friday as the Eagles reported to training camp.

The 2013 first round pick accepted blame for the mistake and says he is disappointed that will not be able to compete in Week 1.

Johnson can participate in training camp and preseason games. But once the regular season starts, he will be banned from the NovaCare Complex.

Eagles fans will be able to see public practices on the following dates:

Monday, July 28th - Lincoln Financial Field

Sunday, August 3rd - Lincoln Financial Field

Sunday, August 10th - Franklin Field
