STROUDSBURG, Pa. -

An argument in Monroe County ended with one man being stabbed and another under arrest, police said.

Officers were called shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday to South 8th Street in Stroudsburg.

Dennis McWilliams went to Andrew Rondon's home to confront him about an alleged assault involving another person earlier in the day, police said.

An argument erupted between the two men outside Rondon's home, with Rondon using a knife to stab McWilliams in the shoulder and breaking one of his legs by stomping on it, police said.

Rondon was taken into custody at the scene; McWilliams was transported to the Pocono Medical Center for treatment.
