BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. -

A cash reward is being offered for information on a hit-and-run accident along Route 22 that killed a man.

The Lehigh Valley Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the crime.

State police are investigating the accident that happened around 2 a.m. Saturday at mile marker 331.3 in Bethlehem Twp., Northampton Co.

Police said the victim, 60-year-old Paul Agens, of Hamburg, N.J., was standing in the road next to his vehicle, which was parked on the shoulder.

He was putting gas into his vehicle when he was struck by a passing vehicle, which fled the scene.

Callers do not have to give their name, and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
