HARRISBURG, Pa. -

An HIV-positive man who's serving time on child porn charges can't have his sentence reduced, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Shaun Austin, of Northampton County, was found guilty in 2009 of possessing child pornography and sentenced to 72 to 192 years in prison.

Three years later, Austin won an appeal, and his sentence was reduced to 35 to 79 years.

Austin then appealed that ruling and tried to get his sentence cut even shorter, but a judge denied his request.

Austin is also serving 15 to 40 years for raping a 12-year-old girl.
