Teenager hospitalized after Carbon County fire

NESQUEHONING, Pa. -

A Carbon County man is facing numerous charges after police found ingredients for a meth lab in his home.

State officials said police were serving an arrest warrant on Chad M. Conklin Tuesday  around 7:30 p.m. when they found other evidence.

No working meth lab was found at the home at 151 E. Catawissa St. in Nesquehoning, police said, but there were elements used to make methamphetamines.

Conklin was arrested and faces charges of possession of precursor chemicals, conspiracy to manufacture, poss of drug paraphernalia.

He was taken to Carbon County Correctional Facility on $100,000 bail.
