READING, Pa. -

The Wiggles are set to make their return to Reading this fall.

The popular Australian music group will take the stage at the Santander Performing Arts Center on Thurs., Oct. 2, as part of its READY, STEADY, WIGGLE! tour, promoters announced Wednesday.

"This will be the biggest and brightest wiggly show this year," said Yellow Wiggle Emma, the group's first female member.

Tickets for the show in Reading will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. at the Santander Arena box office and online or by phone through Ticketmaster.

The Wiggles last visited Reading in July 2007 to launch the U.S.-leg of their world tour.

Since then, the group has welcomed Emma, who joins Red Wiggle Simon, Purple Wiggle Lachy and the last-remaining original member, Blue Wiggle Anthony.

"We'll play our wiggly favorites from 'Hot Potato' and 'Rock-a-Bye your Bear' to the new hits, 'Do the Propeller!' and 'Emma (with the bow in her hair),'" Anthony said.

In more than 24 years, the Wiggles have performed more than 6,000 shows, released more than 50 CDs and DVDs and earned numerous awards for their toe-tapping performances.
