Heroes and hearts will prevail in a new show to be presented at the Santander Arena in Reading this spring.
Disney on Ice: Princesses and Heroes will be performed April 10 and 11 at 7 p.m., April 12 at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m., and April 13 at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The show features Tinker Bell guiding the audience through the stories of Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora and Snow White as their wishes are granted and their dreams come true.
"Before dreaming up this edition of Disney On Ice, we reflected on what makes Disney’s princesses and heroes so special," said Kenneth Feld, the show's producers. "It didn’t take long to realize that every princess had one thing in common: each embarked on an adventure to find their heart’s fondest wish, and through believing, they come true."
The show will also feature two of Disney's newest princesses, Rapunzel and Tiana, and their counterparts, Flynn Rider and Prince Naveen.
"It's always exciting to welcome new faces into the Disney family. Being able to include these fresh, enchanting characters from the Academy Award-nominated film Tangled as well as the lovely Tiana from Princess and the Frog keeps our shows current and ever evolving," Feld said.
Tickets for Disney on Ice: Princesses and Heroes will go on sale next Monday, Feb. 24, at 10 a.m. at the arena box office and by phone or online through Ticketmaster.
