People took advantage of an unseasonably warm day in Reading and got in the Christmas spirit.
The Reading Liederkranz hosted its Sixth annual Christkindlmarkt at 143 Spook Lane. from noon to 6 p.m.
Organizers say it's a great way to get local homemade crafts at a reasonable price.
To stay fueled while shopping, there was plenty of German-inspired food and drink: bratwurst, sauerkraut, and hot spiced wine.
The Reading Liederkranz was originally organized as a German Singing Society in July of 1885.
The group now upholds various German traditions - language, culture, cuisine, sports and family -- through festivals and celebrations.
