Police spent the early part of Easter Sunday chasing a naked man who allegedly stole a bike.

READING, Pa. -

Police spent the early part of Easter Sunday chasing a naked man who allegedly stole a bike.

The bike was stolen around 2:30 a.m. near the 400 block of Franklin Street in Reading, investigators said.

The victim, police said, identified the culprit as Steven Rosario.

Rosario, 19, refused to pull over and led officers on a chase for several blocks, police said.

One officer even used a Taser on Rosario, to no avail, police said.

City residents were stunned when they heard the news.

"That's crazy. I don't know what to think about it," said Jonathan Tinoco. "I'm happy I didn't see it though."

Rosario is now facing a list of charges, including robbery, resisting arrest, and indecent exposure.
