Bangor police: Cat thrown out of 2nd floor window during dispute

BANGOR, Pa. -

A 20-year-old Bangor man was arrested for allegedly hurling a cat from a second floor apartment window during a domestic dispute, according to police.

Police say it happened around 5:35 p.m. Monday in the unit block of 2nd Street when William Zachary Oneill threw his girlfriend's cat out of the window while the two were arguing.

Oneill was charged with cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.

Police did not provide information on the cat's condition.
