Members of the Berks County Chamber of Commerce and Industry got a lesson in leadership from the future owners of America's oldest brewery.
Jennifer Yuengling and her sister, Wendy Yuengling Baker, talked about leadership at the Berkshire Country Club this morning.
They'll be the sixth generation to run the Yuengling Brewery in Schuylkill County. And they said this will be the first time women will be in charge.
"It's significant, particularly in the beer business," said Baker. "It's the first time our company will ever have been run by women, and it's changing in our business. It's the first time you're seeing this in companies, particularly smaller organizations that are being founded by women."
Yuengling is the largest family-owned brewery in the country.
