ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Youell's Oyster House is rising from the ashes in Allentown and the owners are saying you'll love the new restaurant.

The owners of the seafood restaurant say the new place will be "bigger and better" following a fire that destroyed the landmark this past January.

Construction is already underway on Walnut Street but Youell's owner says he wanted to "make it official" with a ground-breaking ceremony.

Some of the restaurants's signature features are returning like a rooftop garden and bee colony.

But executive chef Tim Plante says there are some changes in store.

"Keep a little bit of the old style but we're gonna bring in a lot of different concepts that we've researched," he said.

The restaurant is expected to reopen in January of next year.
