A Pennsylvania state trooper was sent to the hospital over the weekend after a wild afternoon on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

A Pennsylvania state trooper was sent to the hospital over the weekend after a wild afternoon on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

On Saturday investigators say troopers pursued a car driven by Antwyan Hodges, 22, of Philadelphia.

Investigators say Hodges cut off a trooper near Wilkes Barre and kept going because there was outstanding drug warrant against him.

Investigators say the pursuit reached speeds of 120 miles per hour before hitting the Lehigh Valley Interchange, Route 22 and Cedar Crest Boulevard.

One trooper finally spun out Hodges' car near I-78 but not before Hodges hit another trooper head-on, officials said.

The trooper only suffered minor injuries.
