BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Some Lehigh Valley students spent the day delivering bags of blessings in Bethlehem.

Students at the Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School spent December collecting new and gently used clothing items as part of their Bags of Blessings campaign.

They delivered the hats, scarves, gloves, coats and blankets to New Bethany Ministries on Friday. Some of the items will also go to the Allentown Rescue Mission.

Students were hoping to collect 350 pieces of clothing, but they ending up gathering about 450 pieces.
