Reading's mayor and the city council president have signed a disaster declaration.

READING, Pa. -

Reading's mayor and the city council president have signed a disaster declaration.

The move could make federal funding available to help the city cover the costs of cleaning up from the storm. The overtime and supplies really add up.

The Reading Parking Authority said free parking in city garages will end at 10 a.m. Saturday. After then, a fee will be imposed.
