Police are searching for a man who they said fled after being ejected from his car as it rolled onto its roof and landed on a sidewalk.

READING, Pa. -

A second man has been charged in the shooting death of a charter school student in Reading.

On Tuesday, police charged Cristino Vasquez Ayala with first and third-degree murder and related charges for the death of Ramon Rosario Evangelista.

Evangelista, 21, was gunned down outside the A-Town Cafe near 10th and Elm streets in November 2011.

Two other people were also shot, but police said they expected them to recover.

A second suspect, Jose Reyes Diaz, was arrested in Rhode Island in December.
