BETHlEHEM TWP., Pa. -

An 18-year-oldĀ  is in critical condition after being hit by a car early Thanksgiving morning in Northampton County.

Police said Sean Kempf, of Palmer Township, was walking east on the south shoulder of Freemansburg Avenue around 12:50 a.m. near Hope Road, when he was hit by a car driven by Lisa Ball of Easton.

Ball, 45, was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township, where she was treated for minor injuries.

Kempf was taken to the trauma center at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill, Lehigh Co., where authorities said he was in very serious condition, being treated for multiple traumatic injuries.
