A supervisor at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem has been busted for allegedly rigging the casino's computer system.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A supervisor at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem has been busted for allegedly rigging the casino's computer system.

Edward Weidner made several fraudulent entries into the casino's table games computer system to give extra compensation credits to a player, state police said.

Those credits were later redeemed for $2,000 worth of Visa gift cards, investigators said.

Weidner, 37, of Phillipsburg, Warren Co., N.J., worked at the Sands as a table games supervisor, police said.

He was arraigned on felony charges of theft by deception, unlawful use of computer, computer trespass and attempt to commit theft by deception.
