A crash knocked out power to hundreds of people near Fleetwood on Friday.

RICHMOND TWP., Pa. -

A crash knocked out power to hundreds of people near Fleetwood on Friday.

An SUV went off the road and hit a guide wire, bringing down a utility pole in Richmond Township, police said.

The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. in the area of Fleetwood-Lyons Road and Dryville Road.

No one was hurt.

According to Met-Ed's website, about 250 customers lost electricity.
