A panel of judges has ruled in favor of St. Luke's Hospital in an ongoing court battle related to serial-killer nurse Charles Cullen.

HARRISBURG, Pa. -

A panel of judges has ruled in favor of St. Luke's Hospital in an ongoing court battle related to serial-killer nurse Charles Cullen.

St. Luke's was removed from a $95 million settlement involving family members of Cullen's victims in 2010.

The families appealed that ruling, but the state Superior Court is upholding it once again.

Cullen is currently serving consecutive life sentences in New Jersey after admitting he killed at least 29 people.
