A road that's been closed for months following a landfill spill is no longer off-limits to drivers.

WILLIAMS TWP., Pa. -

A road that's been closed for months following a landfill spill is no longer off-limits to drivers.

Industrial Drive in Williams Twp., Northampton Co., reopened to traffic Thursday morning.

A stretch of the road was closed in March following a landslide at the Chrin Brothers Landfill.

The trash damaged some pipes and methane wells before landing near Industrial Drive.

The road was expected to be closed until the very end of the year, but officials said repairs have been completed a bit early.
