Meghan is thrilled to be back in her home state. After several years in North Carolina, she returned to Pennsylvania to join the 69 News team as a general assignment reporter in September 2013.
Before working in the Lehigh Valley, Meghan was a weekday morning anchor and reporter at WFMY, the CBS affiliate in Greensboro, North Carolina. She started her career as a reporter and anchor at WWAY, the ABC affiliate in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Meghan graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a degree in Broadcast Communications and a minor in Spanish. She studied abroad in Costa Rica and Ireland. During her time at Elon, Meghan was very involved in the student news program and received several awards and recognitions, including a Hearst Journalism award. The Broadcast Education Association named Meghan the top collegiate news anchor her senior year. She interned at NBC 10 in Philadelphia and NBC 40 at the Jersey Shore.
Meghan grew up in Chester County near Valley Forge National Historical Park and is excited to be close to friends and family at home. She enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, and trying new Thai restaurants.
