Game times for both games are 7:05pm at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Games three, four, and five are will be played Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at Trenton's Waterfront Park.
This marks Reading's second straight Eastern League playoff appearance.
Last year, the R-Phils lost to New Hampshire in the opening round.
