Pure Sprouts on the Go truck brings local organic food to you

One local company is trying to bring the national food truck trend to the Lehigh Valley, and this isn't your average food truck. It's all about local and organic food that you can grab on the go.
Ray Roth and Amy Neff set up the "Pure Sprouts on the Go" food truck at different locations almost every day.
"We're going to try different corners in Bethlehem, Allentown, and Easton, see if we can't have people buy right off our food truck," said Ray Roth, Operations Manager for Pure Sprouts.
You may have heard of Pure Sprouts before. It's a local, organic produce delivery company that's been around the Lehigh Valley for four years.
Now, Pure Sprouts is expanding to include the "On the Go" food truck, where you can buy your groceries or perhaps lunch.
Amy Neff, a Pure Sprouts employee, explained, "It's a fun idea. We can go to people, we can go to you, we can be there on your lunch break and you can have fresh hot soup!"
The food truck is becoming a national trend. They're specialty mobile kitchens that pop up somewhere different every day.
"If you look into the Boston area, New York area, some of the bigger metropolises, you are seeing these food trucks coming out," said Roth. However, he went on to say the difference with Pure Sprouts' food is, "These are all organic, natural organic."
"We're trying to come into a pattern where you know on Wednesdays we'll be here, on Thursday we'll be there," said Neff.
For now, you'll have to check online, or you can even make requests of where you want to see the On the Go truck pop up next!
