Police investigating robbery at Dollar Queen

BRODHEADSVILLE, Pa. -

State Police at Fern Ridge are investigating a robbery at a Dollar Queen store in Monroe County.

Police said around 9pm Friday, two people approached the store owner of the store in the parking lot.  They said one of the individuals displayed a handgun and demanded cash from the owner.

The actor took the cash, then pushed the victim to the ground and fled the scene in a car according to police.

The vehicle is described as a midsized silver sedan.  One of the actors was described as a black male, approximately six feet tall, with a large nose and is clean shaven, according to police.  They said he was wearing a black and white bandanna on his head, a silver t-shirt, black and white checkered jacket, jeans and red sneakers.
