Racing was not a factor in a violent crash that killed three people in Allentown in June, police said Thursday.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Racing was not a factor in a violent crash that killed three people in Allentown in June, police said Thursday.

Chad Fluck, his brother Kenny Marcks, and their cousin, Thomas Fallstich, were killed when Fluck ran into a tree on East Susquehanna Street, police said.

Another car also crashed at the scene, but the driver of that car survived.

Police said the cars were going twice the legal limit when they crashed, but investigators have determined they were not racing.
