The Parkland volleyball team is hoping to finish a season of domination with a state championship win Saturday in York.

There was a lot of parity among the good volleyball teams in the area this year.  Becahi, Central Catholic, Emmaus, and Notre Dame were all very good for example.  But there was one exception to this rule.   Parkland.   The Trojans dominated throughout the season and now they need one more win for a second straight state championship.  The Trojans will face Hempfield in the title match Saturday in York.  The Trojans have had a tough road to the title match, but they've made it look easy.  Plus, the change in format from pool play to match play seems to fit Parkland's game, the Trojans are extremely confident when they play a best of five and that's what they'll do on Saturday.
