A man who police say got high on synthetic marijuana and caused an accident that killed 2 people in Montgomery County is facing charges.

New charges have been filed against three people in connection with a deadly crash, including the man accused of fleeing the scene.

Roger Malloy has been charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, officials announced Monday.

Malloy, police said, was speeding and on synthetic marijuana when he crashed a car in the 500 block of State Street in Pottstown, Montgomery Co., on May 21.

Two passengers -- James Crawford and Rachel Witt -- died of their injuries.

Authorities have also arrested Rafie Ali and Mohammed Himed of the Achi Store. The store is where police said Malloy bought the synthetic drugs.
