EASTON, Pa. -

Easton Police are looking for an armed man who robbed an Easton tobacco shop Wednesday morning.

Police said the suspect used a handgun to rob the Smokes 2 Go store at 350 Larry Holmes Drive around 8:30 a.m.

The robber is described as a black man in his 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall, wearing a black puffy coat over a gray hoodie, dark pants with a white stripe, sneakers and dark facial hair.

Police said he possibly fled over the Third Street bridge toward southside Easton in a dark-colored/blue GMC Envoy.

He stole an undisclosed amount of money, officials said.

Police said it also appears the robber had an unusual gait as he walks.

There were no injuries.

Anyone with information about the suspect or vehicle is asked to contact the Easton Police Department at 610-250-6667 or 610-759-2200.
