Lehigh University has enlisted the help of a Philadelphia attorney to help it take a closer look at its discrimination policies.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Lehigh University has enlisted the help of a Philadelphia attorney to help it take a closer look at its discrimination policies.

The university in Bethlehem has retained the services of a civil rights attorney who Lehigh said has "extensive experience in civil rights issues in higher education."

Lehigh said the attorney will evaluate the university's policies and procedures and make recommendations on how to improve.

The school has come under fire recently for its handling of a case of vandalism targeting a residence hall that promotes diversity.
