A Pennsylvania couple is suing the Philadelphia Archdiocese over alleged sexual abuse in Bucks County.
A woman says Father Marek Lacki sexually abused her last March at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown.
The victim says Lacki told her to visit the shrine for counseling.
She told him she's a recovering victim of child sexual abuse.
The woman reported the incident to Bucks County District Attorney's office.
But the lawsuit says Lacki claimed the incident happened during confession and wouldn't talk to investigators.
Investigators dropped the case.
Our calls for comment haven't been returned.
Lacki has since returned to his native Poland.
